Eight projects, 2023 — 2026. Most are still running somewhere: a museum wall, a record label’s homepage at 3 a.m.

The museum sits on the Tagus, and its gauge has logged the river every six minutes since 1972. Before drawing anything, I plotted twenty-four days of it.
Bent into a circle, a tide becomes a signature: two highs, two lows, and a wobble that never quite repeats. Noon sits at the top.
Every morning gets its own mark, drawn from that day’s water. The logo stopped being a file and became a timetable.
It renders the day’s mark to signage, tickets and the site before the doors open. Front-of-house calls it “the weather”.
Illustration: twenty-four days of tide readings drawn as lines bend into concentric rings, multiply into a grid of daily marks, and end up printed on a poster and ticket.

Small experiments I keep around because each one taught me something a client later paid for. They all work. Go on.
Legible
I’m Iris, a developer who designs, or a designer who ships; I stopped choosing around 2017. I trained as an architect in Porto, lost a whole summer to a Processing sketch, and have spent the years since making screens behave like materials. I work alone, on purpose: one person, one inbox, and every line written by the hands you hired. I care about the thirty milliseconds between a touch and a response, and about leaving you with systems that run without me.
Building a tide clock for my kitchen, learning Portuguese guitar badly, and saying yes to two new projects for early 2027.
Projects shipped per year: 2019, 2; 2020, 4; 2021, 5; 2022, 6; 2023, 5; 2024, 7; 2025, 7; 2026 so far, 5.
